Bristol Bay Wild Sockeye Salmon quiche

Ingredients

1 can
Wild Sockeye Salmon (Bristol Bay or Farmed Cooked Salmon)
5  
Eggs
1  
Pie Shell (Homemade or ready-made)
2  
Green Onion (Sprigs; sliced)
1 bunch
chives (5-6; chopped)
1  
Broccoli (Broken into pieces or chopped)
1  
Nutmeg (Few sprinkles-optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the salmon (canned or farmed) over bottom of pie shell (reserve juicefrom can)
Spread onion, chives and greens on top.
Whisk eggs together until fluffy, stir in salmon juice and pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with pepper, spices or herbs. Salt later.
Cook in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until quiche feels just firm.
When done let stand for about five minutes before serving.  Cut like a pie.
Served with a salad is nice!

Great with a champagne and orange juice or refreshing tomato drink.
