Gluten-Free Bar-B-Q Sauce loves Seafood!

Totally pumped that I found this 'junk-free' barbeque sauce.
Not just for poultry or ribs, its a perfect marriage with these Gulf Shrimp!
In fact, it works well with a lot of seafood.
This is a super easy recipe, a great appetizer or simply served over salad or rice.

Ingredients
1 pound
Gulf Shrimp (Local shrimp that is sutainable) 1 tablespoon
Vegetable Oil (Safflower Oil, Grapeseed oil and corn oil work as well) 3 cups
The Shed Barbeque Sauce (or marinade)Instructions
- Coat cleaned shrimp with The Shed Barbeque sauce ( a G-Free product! )
- Let it sit for about 10-20 minutes.
- Over medium high temperature, heat pan with oil for a one minute.
- If on Bar-B-Q, grill over medium high temperature.
- Saute for 2 minutes each side. ( you can tell by testing and cutting through one to see if its opaque)
- Plate up!
