I love watching the passion she puts into this- every step of the way, as I captured her at Gradisca Ristorante in the heart of the West Village.
Every few months she comes from Bologna to make pasta for her Son's restaurant.
I look forward to watching her turn this pasta into Ravioli, Tortellini, Pappardelle, and more.
