My upcoming speech at the Fisheries Council of Canada Conference in Ottawa this fall will include the topic, “Seafood Should Not Be the Mystery Food”.
I will also talk about how the seafood industry can change the negative narrative that has consumers mystified about eating and approaching one of our healthiest proteins.
A cook-off between some of Canada's top chefs will be happening- I look forward to participating as a judge, and meeting many of Canada's top seafood companies and industry people at this important conference.
