Chef Freda Sugarman will be featuring a four-course spring dinner menu which includes a 1.5 lb lobster.
The evening will start with a passing of hors d'oeuvres and on to a unique gastronomic experience with yours truly, the Fishionista™, who will guides you through all there is to know about Lobster;
Tips & Tricks when buying and cooking lobster, and eating it beyond the paws & claws! A little entertainment will be provided with clips from my Emmy Award winning series,
